Rod had three days of meetings with the Jordan School District on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Shannon and Adam let us stay at their place in Provo. (thanks guys!) The kids (ellie, kenzie, keegan, and kaitlin) had a fun time playing together.
We are now back in Vegas again to finish up some loose ends. Rod will return to Utah on Monday and I'll stay here in Vegas for 2 weeks with the kids so we can all get to the dentist and Dr's before our old insurance ends and before our new insurance kicks in.
Moving is so stressful. We got a few things accomplished while in Utah. We met with a Mortgage broker and Real Estate Agent. We saw a few houses that were complete dumps. Housing is expensive where Rod will be teaching, so we are now thinking about buying a house in clearfield or Ogden. It will be an hour commute for Rod each way but we could buy a better house and one we can afford. We still need to check it all out. Who knows, we may end up renting for 6 months.
Well that's all I have to blab about for now! Saty tune for more, when we know more and when we get even more stressed out.

my suggestion, take your time and don't rush into anything. an hour commute is a long commute! granted rod doesn't work late, but if he's coaching, it makes for a late day and an earling morning.
i don't know how expensive things are but you may just find something better or closer in your priice range if you had more time to look.
