Kaitlin turned 4 yesterday! We celebrated by going out to dinner at Artic Circle. When we came home we sung happy birthday and had cake. I attempted to make Kaitlin a penguin cake, which were actually individual cupcakes. Grammy and Papi gave me the mold for the cake and it looked simple enough, but even though I greased the mold, the cake did not want to come out. Keegan kept saying, "if Papi were here, he'd be able to get the cake out". I have no idea where he came up with this idea that Papi is an awesome cake maker but Papi if you are free next year, Keegan would like you to make his birthday cake. You have a whole year to prepare, good luck!
Anyways! Kaitlin enjoyed her birthday and here are 4 reasons why we love her!
